Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Kolams Creations product is thoughtfully handcrafted and finished with care. Since each piece is individually made, slight variations in wood grain, engraving, or finish are natural and make every product unique.
What type of wood do you use?
We primarily use premium-quality woods such as Mahogany, Teak, Rubberwood, and other carefully selected hardwoods depending on the product design.
Are the engravings permanent?
Yes. Our designs are laser engraved directly into the wood, making them long-lasting and resistant to fading.
Do the products look exactly like the pictures?
We strive to ensure our product photos represent the actual product as accurately as possible. However, due to natural wood grain and screen settings, slight variations in color and texture may occur.
Personalization
Can I personalize my product?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, messages, dates, or custom designs. Personalization options are available on eligible product pages.
Can I request a completely custom design?
