At Kolams Creations, each product is handcrafted with care and many of our products are personalized or made to order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Please ensure all product selections, personalization details, and shipping information are accurate before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

If your order qualifies under the above conditions, please notify us via email (kolamscreations@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.
